"Wow! What a smooth and great experience the O'Donnell Law Firm provided during a stressful time.
First, let me start with Ms. O'Donnell's paralegal, Natalie Valentin. Natalie was fantastic from my first phone call explaining my traffic charge and maintained great communication all the way through the process to the court date, and even afterwards to provide me information I needed.
I first spoke with Ms. O'Donnell on the day of court. I was informed that she had spoken to the prosecutor and was offered a plea deal to avoid points being assessed against my license. She mentioned to me that she wanted to speak to the prosecutor once more to provide extra evidence that we had in my favor to persuade the prosecutor and judge to amend the charge, given the circumstances. She wanted to do this because it would lessen my fine substantially. Ms. O'Donnell did a great job explaining the technical information to me, as well as arguing for the amendment to the charge on my behalf with the prosecutor and judge. Ms. O'Donnell was AMAZING and was able to get the court to approve the amendment which saved me hundreds of dollars in fines.
I HIGHLY recommend O'Donnell Law Firm. These reviews all speak for themselves and were the reason I gave them a call when I needed their assistance. If you are in need of legal services, DO NOT hesitate to give them a call. You will not be disappointed."

"After being involved in a serious car accident I searched for a lawyer local to the area of the crash.
I found Ms. O'Donnell's law firm and decided to try them based on online reviews. The law firm agreed I had a case and got started immediately.
I was thoroughly impressed with their follow ups and how quickly they were able to expedite the process of the claim. They took care of many tasks such as coordinating with my insurance company, following up with authorities, and speaking with the defendents insurance company.
If I had any questions Ms. O'Donnell was sure to answer them, and made sure to clarify something if there was any jargon/terms I didn't understand.

"When I needed to hire a lawyer for our son, we wanted to hire someone who not only would do a great job in court, but someone who we respected as a person, and who our son was going to be positively influenced by. We asked around town and the name Jackie O'Donnell was given to us over and over again by people. They said she was a great lawyer, but also a person with excellent character and morals. We were also told that she is a parent too and has always been really involved in the schools, sports leagues and church with her three sons. People were right---she was great in the courtroom, and the respect that she has in the legal world is obviously based on how much people respect her as a person who always does the right thing. She inspired our son to stay out of trouble and set his sights high."

"I retained Mrs. O'Donnell to help me dispute three tickets at my local municipal court. She spoke to the prosecutor, who obviously has great respect for her, and was able to plea down my tickets to just a fine. Mrs. O'Donnell saved me from getting points on my license which could have affected my job. She was very caring, professional and successful. "If you’re ever in a car accident and injured you have a million questions and no one to answer them. You feel lost. I know I did.
